Lettershop Customer Service is a plus
Commingle and list services a plus
Managing all phases of production for clients, from prepress through distribution
Strong Computer Skills, i.e., Excel
Solving unique problems creatively using your knowledge of production and industry research to produce the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the company
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by providing regular, accurate updates to stakeholders
Cultivating a close working relationship with customers & vendors domestically and globally through clear and timely communication
Acting as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget guidelines
Being accountable for communicating all aspects of production with vendors, including confirming delivery timetables to ensure jobs are completed on time
Entering all job specifications and production-related details into our proprietary order management system
Managing all costs associated with print projects, including preparing purchase orders, checking invoices for accuracy, resolving billing discrepancies, and being accountable for financial reporting regarding purchase items
Qualification
Required
Ability to work remotely three Fridays out of the month, other days must be in the office
Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Miami Springs, FL to be considered for this position

Must live within thirty miles of our Miami Springs, FL corporate office
Preferred
Applicants should ideally be graduates of the Graphic Communications/Print Media major
