Responsibilities
Assemble recorded raw material into a polished, finished product suitable for broadcast, streaming, or internal use
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to established processes and procedures
Ability to think quickly and accurately to address project requirements
Make recommendations to editor, customers and stakeholders, utilizing initiative and sound judgment
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and efficiency, particularly when working under tight deadlines
Act as a resource for team members
Collaborate closely with editor, AV technician, customers and leadership to ensure content quality and consistency
Utilize video and audio editing software to meet customers’ requirements
Handle issues as they arise through the proper administrative channels
Follow protocol during emergency situations
Work with all departments to ensure all aspects of each function are covered
Be well versed in Microsoft/Compass Group policies and procedures and provide excellent customer service while adhering to those policies
Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely
Other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager, Sr. Technology Manager, Director of Operations and Eventions Management
Qualification
Required
Prior audio/visual technician and editing experience is required
Must have a flexible work schedule
