Partner with the Design Tech Lead to provide technical consultation, design resources, and onboarding support
Coordinate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and efficient problem-solving
Plan, track, and manage project milestones, timelines, and design resource updates
Gather and document team needs to ensure onboarding materials are accurate, effective, and accessible
Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, onboarding, and launch support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in production, creative operations, or project coordination
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working with Designers and Engineers
Highly organized with experience managing timelines, trackers, and assets
Clear, collaborative communicator comfortable in fast-paced environments
Familiar with Wrike, Sketch, and Figma
