Responsibilities

Responsible for the detailed design of the cooling system for the high voltage battery
This includes the definition of the interfaces between the parts within the battery and the alignment of the position and type of interface to the vehicle
FMEA creation
Additionally function, performance and manufacturing test of the thermal system
Expected outputs are 3D designs, 2D drawings for sample production, design/manufacturing/service specification development and fulfillment
FMEA with failure modes and assessment
