Advise clients on their legal rights and guide them through the complexities of legal disputes
Conduct thorough legal research and draft key documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Represent clients in negotiations and help them achieve favorable outcomes
Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and next steps
Analyze case information to develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s needs
Collaborate with other legal professionals and handle related administrative tasks as necessary
Qualification
Required
A Law degree and a valid license to practice law
At least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in a remote setting
Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is required
Proficiency with online tools, including video conferencing and cloud-based platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving cases
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
You have your own laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Availability to work during US business hours
