Responsibilities

Participating in hands-on assignments where you will tackle real-world manufacturing challenges, enhance plant productivity, improve operations, drive efficiency and sustainability, and fuel the growth of our business and strategic partnerships with vendors and customers
Analyzing production processes, developing and implementing process improvements using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and quality assurance
Material planning, purchasing and procurement, resource planning, and logistics

Required

Rising juniors or rising seniors (as of summer 2026) pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Industrial/Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related majors (must be enrolled as a student at the time of the internship)
Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) from May 18 to August 7, 2026
Desire for a long-term career in manufacturing or a production environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must be willing and able to relocate for the summer (housing stipend and mileage reimbursement are provided if required to relocate more than 50 miles from your permanent residence)
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Prior internship experience, coursework, or projects related to continuous improvement, lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and/or manufacturing workflows
GPA 3.0 or higher
