Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Support Team Supervisor to support the Director of Support Operations and the Support Team across their fire and life safety business. This role involves driving day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high-quality execution across Support Team activities.

Responsibilities

Support operational planning, scheduling, and workflow initiatives

Work alongside Team Members to maintain daily momentum and execution

Assist with coaching and mentoring in support of departmental goals

Monitor KPIs, schedules, and workflow to ensure timely, accurate completion

Support pricing, quoting, and customer service follow-ups

Model strong communication, collaboration, and professionalism

Lead the ownership, development, review, and coordination of SOPs across Fire Protection Services in partnership with Management and Human Resources

Support department leadership by reinforcing operational standards and accountability

Lead by example through clear communication, teamwork, and reliable execution

Help keep projects, schedules, and commitments moving forward

Encourage shared ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
