Responsibilities
Maintain manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure optimum performance with minimum downtime and maximum product quality
Collaborate with the Plant Manager and Manufacturing Engineer to develop and qualify new methods for ongoing production improvement and provide alternative solutions
Responsible for the upkeep and repair of production equipment
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot identified concerns
May be asked to do other facility-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing facility
A mechanical aptitude and experience repairing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience in the development, modification, and fabrication of components and devices for production equipment
Worked with processes and equipment to continually improve our methods of production
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and be self-motivated
Preferred
A 2-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technologies, or similar degree
3-5 years of experience
