Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases
Lead production deployments on Azure
Translate business requirements into technical solutions; work directly with clients to gather requirements, run technical workshops, and present progress
Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, risk management, and coordination across teams
Establish best practices for security, governance, and compliance
Optimize model + system performance (latency, cost, scale), including evaluation frameworks and post-deployment iteration
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional software engineering / applied AI experience (senior-level ownership expected)
Demonstrated experience deploying AI/ML systems in production on Microsoft Azure (not just prototypes)
Strong expertise in Agentic AI architecture and deployment (tool calling, orchestration, state management, error handling, retries, safety constraints, evaluation)
Experience with client interaction, technical communication, and stakeholder management
