Responsibilities
Coordinating and managing clinical research trials
Obtaining informed consents
Ensuring compliance with study protocols
Collaborating with investigators and study teams
Maintaining regulatory documentation and records
Monitoring participant enrollment and progress through trials
Performing data collection
Managing study-related queries
Adhering to ethical and clinical research standards
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding and experience with Informed Consent processes and ethical research practices
Knowledge and experience working with Protocol development and adherence
Hands-on experience in Clinical Research, including Clinical Trials and related operational procedures
Ability to manage and document research activities in compliance with regulatory standards
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred
Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (e.g., through ACRP or SoCRA) is preferred
