Responsibilities

Identify and pursue prospective clients within the local market
Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person client visits
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
Build strong relationships with community organizations and business leaders
Grow and expand service relationships with existing clients
Present value-driven solutions aligned to client needs and market trends
Conduct quality reviews and monitor contract compliance
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
Promote a culture of accountability, persistence, and high performance
75 outbound sales calls per week
50 weekly field activities (drops, visits, meetings)
Prospect meetings:
0–6 months: 3 per week
6+ months: 5 per week (minimum 2 pre-scheduled)
Visit current clients at least once per month
Close 2 new accounts per month

Required

Preferred

Staffing or recruitment industry experience (preferred)
Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing sales roles
Background in insurance sales, membership sales, or similar quota-driven environments

Relentless approach to building new relationships
