Producing technical reports
Conducting site inspections
Preparing calculations
Drafting drawings using engineering software
Supporting project-specific needs
Collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in structural analysis, load calculations, and structural design
Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, architects, and contractors
Ability to evaluate and resolve structural issues effectively
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure in Washington State
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction materials
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Previous experience in the design and review of commercial, residential, or industrial projects is an advantage
