Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the OR Manager, schedules OR procedures appropriately based on availability of resources, physician preferences, and hospital policy
Organizes time efficiently to meet position responsibilities in collaboration with the OR Manager
Performs miscellaneous clerical and support services efficiently for the department as delegated by OR Manager
Assists with cleaning ORs after each case and transports patients to and from the OR area in a safe and timely manner
Applies basic principles of infection control and surgical asepsis required for the fulfillment of position responsibilities
