New Grad, Entry LevelReal Synch is a growing founder-led media brand focused on real estate, business systems, leadership, and technology. They are seeking a Part-Time Videographer to capture high-quality video in real-world environments and support professional studio recordings twice per month.

Responsibilities
Capture short-form and long-form video outdoors and on location
Handle camera setup, framing, lighting awareness, and clean audio capture
Be adaptable to changing environments (lighting, weather, movement)
Help capture B-roll and contextual footage when needed
Assist during scheduled studio recording days at a local studio
Help with camera setup, basic lighting, and audio checks
Monitor recordings for framing, focus, and technical issues
Act as on-site production support so sessions run smoothly and efficiently
Organize and deliver raw footage cleanly and on time
Label files clearly and follow simple handoff workflows
Coordinate with the editing/content team as needed
Qualification
Required
Capture high-quality video in real-world environments
Support professional studio recordings twice per month at a local recording studio
Capture short-form and long-form video outdoors and on location

Keep founder recording sessions efficient and focused
Maintain consistent quality across field and studio shoots
Be local to Austin and available for in-person shoots
Enjoy being on-site and hands-on
Be calm under pressure and detail-oriented
Follow direction while anticipating needs
Be professional, punctual, and dependable
Be comfortable with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
Be comfortable with basic lighting and audio setups
Be comfortable with on-location filming
Be comfortable in studio environments
Preferred
Experience with Sony / Canon / Panasonic mirrorless systems
Experience with lavalier and shotgun mics
Experience with tripods, gimbals, basic lighting kits
Experience in studio environments (Record ATX experience is a plus)
