Responsibilities
Verify borrower information, loan balances, credit reports, and overall package accuracy
Review entity documents, determine authorized signers, and advise on legal and collateral requirements
Prepare customized loan documents, amendments, UCC filings, and Subordination/Intercreditor Agreements
Ensure all loan terms are satisfied, including insurance and UCC terminations; verify all executed documents
Review real estate titles, commitments, appraisals, and prepare mortgage documents; coordinate real estate closings
Support stabilizer transactions and other assigned documentation needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or legal field
At least 2 years of lending, legal, or loan documentation experience
Paralegal certification or 5+ years Ag/commercial loan or law office experience highly valued
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong proofreading, editing, and real estate transaction coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to manage multiple deadlines
Work independently or as part of a team
Travel as needed for agricultural/cooperative events
Preferred
Accounting degree
Multiple years of experience with agricultural/commercial loan paperwork and applicable laws
