Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a book of business in an assigned territory through renewal retention and portfolio growth. Strategically expand new customer base through prospecting, value articulation and cold calling
Consult with the client regarding web-based marketing strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business
Create and maintain sales pipeline through accurate and complete information in the Salesforce.com CRM database including activity, closing, project forecast, close ratios and market intelligence
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete line of products/services and customers business issues and needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to execute on strategy, identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
Acts as the primary, internal point of contact for assigned accounts and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners/stakeholders

Required

4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Experience in sales/account management in a professional B2B environment
Proven track record of revenue retention, sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100%+
Proven track record of developing new customer accounts requiring heavy prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing ability
Working knowledge of sales processes, methods and techniques
Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services
Excellent communication and persuasion skills—including the ability to make a conceptual product tangible to potential customers, and develop and deliver effective presentations
Proven organization skills, effective time management skills and ability to work independently
This position is a virtual position, you may be required to travel for annual sales trainings

Preferred

Previous sales experience in digital marketing and/or legal industry environment a plus
