Providing an excellent customer experience
Utilizing a practice management system to facilitate scheduling, registration, accurate billing, collections, and the maintenance of medical records
Floating to all LPG and Hospital Outpatient Department locations across four counties
Working weekend and holidays
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of customer service experience
Excellent customer service and computer skills
Ability to solve problems and demonstrate critical thinking skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
Works weekend and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Associates Degree
3 years of similar medical office front desk experience
Epic EMR experience
1 year of equivalent scheduling or registration experience
CSR role
