Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member
The Morris Agency – State Farm Insurance is looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and winning. As an Account Manager, you will generate new business and close it by aggressively pursuing opportunities and converting leads into bound policies.

Responsibilities
Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion
Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines
Turn warm and cold leads into paying clients
Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per account
Ask for the sale—confidently and consistently
Track activity and results to hit and exceed aggressive production goals
Qualification
Required
Sales-first mindset with a strong desire to win
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support
Preferred
Prior experience in sales or insurance preferred
