Responsibilities
Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion
Sell insurance and financial service products across auto, home, life, health, and financial service lines
Convert warm and cold leads into bound policies and financial products
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover coverage gaps and financial opportunities
Present confident, value-driven recommendations
Ask for the sale and close consistently
Cross-sell and upsell to increase revenue per household
Build a strong personal pipeline focused on acquisition
Maintain knowledge of products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
Stay current on market trends to support stronger sales conversations
Qualification
Required
Sales-dominant mindset with proven ability to close
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales preferred
