Account Executive - Impressions

Emerald is seeking an Account Executive to join the Impressions Expo sales team, focused on selling exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities across one of the leading events in the decorated apparel and branding industry. This full-cycle B2B sales role involves prospecting new exhibitors, closing new business, and managing existing accounts to drive retention and growth.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue through new business development, upselling, cross-selling, and exhibitor retention across exhibit space and sponsorship products
Proactively prospect and qualify new exhibitors while managing and growing a defined book of business
Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts that align exhibitor objectives with Impressions Expo offerings
Manage, track, and forecast your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates of activities, opportunities, and account information
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue, retention, and activity targets
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat participation year over year
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging exhibitor categories within decorated apparel, printing, branding, and related markets
Attend Impressions Expo events, industry events, and competitive shows as needed to support business development and relationship management

Required

Proven B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for trade show, event, media, or sponsorship sales
Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal
Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% as required
