New Grad, Entry LevelThe State of Utah is seeking an Office Specialist II to join the Division of Wildlife Resources. This role involves providing excellent customer service, data entry, and supporting various office tasks while interacting with wildlife-related activities.

Responsibilities
Provide great customer service to both our internal and external customers with your friendly attitude and problem solving skills
Use your computer skills to complete a variety of assignments, such as data entry, generating sales reports, and cash register reconciliation
Answer multiple phone lines with the greatest of ease
Welcome new assignments with excitement and flexibility
Applicant will be required to study and have knowledge of all fishing and hunting rules, regulations, and hunt dates
Qualification
Required
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel are a must) and general computer skills
Must be able to easily navigate the Internet
Must have prior customer service experience
Must have prior experience with multi-line telephone system
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with others
Preferred
Knowledge of hunting and fishing regulations
Knowledge of cash register operations and cash handling procedures
Ability to use office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, etc)
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
