Responsibilities
Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules
Coordinate with Superintendents to optimize cost, schedule, and field performance
Monitor project budgets, pay applications, and change orders to meet financial targets
Prepare project reports identifying progress, risks, and required actions
Support early project development and client submissions
Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and trade partners
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies
Foster a positive team environment and support staff development
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial construction experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Current OSHA 30 Hour Certification
