$20/hr - $20/hrKelly is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 3-month contract assignment in Clearwater, FL. This role is responsible for invoicing, payment posting, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day AR functions.

Responsibilities
Generate and distribute customer invoices
Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wire, credit cards)
Monitor accounts for past-due balances and follow up on collections
Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized AR records
Enter AR transactions into the accounting system
Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
