Responsibilities
Set up and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet to track and manage training records for 180 employees, including:
Employee training history
Upcoming training dates
Mastery levels after each training
Use of cross-referencing and pivot tables in Excel
Assist in creating brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials using Canva or Microsoft Publisher (all text provided; you arrange text and add graphics for an engaging final product)
Qualification
Required
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
Experience using Canva or Microsoft Publisher
Proven ability to meet project deadlines
Must have your own computer with Excel access and reliable internet (no reimbursements for equipment or software)
