Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for Web3 and crypto products
Manage go-to-market campaigns for token-based and blockchain initiatives
Oversee content, social media, community, and influencer marketing
Work closely with product, growth, and community teams
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
Stay up to date with Web3, DeFi, NFT, and crypto market trends
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Web3, crypto, or blockchain marketing
Strong understanding of crypto audiences and user behavior
Experience with social platforms such as X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram
Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience working with remote or global teams
Preferred
Experience launching Web3 products or token projects
Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, or on-chain analytics
Background in performance or growth marketing
