Responsibilities
Maintain the New York sample closet and showroom, including traffic of all samples in and out of New York internationally
Assist in NY fittings and with VIP dressing requests, including prep work
Organize deliveries of VIP mailing send outs and special gifts
Responsible for packing, scheduling, and monitoring NY sample deliveries, utilizing the FashionGPS system
Execute product pulls from retail stores for VIP placement and manage inventory reconciliation
Qualification
Required
Eligible to be employed in the US; I-9 Employment Verification required upon start
Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Able to work in the New York Corporate Office
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) and FashionGPS preferred
