Responsibilities
Build and maintain dbt models that transform raw data into curated, business-ready datasets
Implement and maintain metric definitions aligned with documented business logic
Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate questions into data models
Ensure analytics models meet standards for performance, testing, documentation, and reliability
Participate in code reviews and analytics design discussions
Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics engineering practices and patterns
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts
Ability to work independently on defined problems and incorporate feedback through review
Strong analytical mindset and comfort operating in a regulated, detail-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
1–3 years of experience in analytics engineering, analytics, BI, or a related data role
Preferred
Experience working with transformation tools (dbt preferred)
Exposure to modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks SQL)
Experience with Databricks is a plus
Experience with Jira, and Notion is a plus
