Convert warm and cold leads into bound policies

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple product lines
Develop client relationships that support retention and referrals
Track activity and results to meet or exceed individual performance goals
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
Sales-first mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed targets
Confident communicator with persuasive selling and closing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable work style
Preferred
Prior experience in sales or insurance
