Quality Assurance Manager
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to support patient experience and quality assurance operations. This non-clinical administrative role focuses on managing and resolving formal patient complaints, grievances, and appeals in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve formal patient complaints, grievances, and appeals
Conduct detailed investigations into quality-of-care and service-related concerns
Draft professional written grievance and complaint response letters
Ensure compliance with CMS and Joint Commission grievance regulations
Track and meet required regulatory timelines and documentation standards
Collaborate with clinical leadership, Legal, Risk Management, and Quality teams
Engage directly with patients and families regarding sensitive concerns
Handle complex and high-conflict situations with professionalism and discretion
Maintain accurate records and case documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience handling patient complaints
Minimum 2 years of experience handling grievances
Minimum 2 years of experience handling appeals in a healthcare environment
Working knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission grievance requirements
Strong written communication skills with experience drafting formal patient correspondence
Ability to manage sensitive and escalated situations
Experience collaborating with clinical, legal, or risk management stakeholders
COVID-19 vaccination + booster required (medical/religious exemptions only)
