Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for diverse clientele while upholding excellent communication standards.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and the second language
Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
Manage data entry tasks accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or surveys
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide support for client services, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels

Qualification

Bilingual proficiencyCustomer support experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteData entry accuracySales techniques knowledgePhone etiquetteCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Data entry accuracy with fast typing speed (including cash handling if applicable)
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and analysis capabilities

Preferred

Experience in customer support or call center environments preferred
Knowledge of sales techniques and client service strategies
Excellent phone etiquette and outbound calling experience beneficial
