Vice President, Financial Operations
hireneXus is seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations to oversee key financial functions and serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team. Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, operational priorities, and long-term growth objectives
Oversee financial operations including annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly performance reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial information for leadership and key stakeholders
Drive operational excellence across the finance function by strengthening processes, enhancing internal controls, improving financial systems, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, collaborating to evaluate financial impact, support operational decision-making, and align financial resources with organizational needs
Lead decision support and financial analysis efforts by developing key performance indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights that inform leadership decisions related to cost optimization, investment planning, and strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance through process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and effective resource allocation, supporting the organization’s ability to execute on priorities and scale effectively
Build and lead high-performing finance teams by providing mentorship, professional development, and clear accountability, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership
Support executive-level initiatives such as organizational transformation, business expansion, and operational improvement efforts by providing financial leadership, scenario modeling, and strategic guidance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with demonstrated success overseeing financial operations and strategic planning
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and operational finance leadership
Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial or leadership credentials
