Sales Support Specialist
Shine is the fastest growing solar company in America, seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support their sales team. The role involves managing utility data, interconnection policies, and facilitating communication between Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
Proposal Generation: Utilize Helioscope to create preliminary solar layouts and production estimates
Utility Analysis: Review and analyze commercial and residential utility bills to calculate historical energy usage and identify potential savings
CRM Management: Maintain pristine records in Copper, ensuring all lead data, deal stages, and documents are up to date
Project Liaison: Coordinate with the engineering team for site audits
Incentive Research: Track federal, state, and local solar incentives/SRECs
Administrative Support: Prepare contracts, manage electronic signatures, and assist in the hand-off from Sales to Project Management
Qualification
Required
3+ years in sales support, project coordination, or a technical analyst role (solar experience is required)
Proficiency with CRM software and a quick learner of solar design platforms
Must be proficient in Excel
Strong written and verbal skills
Comfortable pivoting priorities as deadlines shift and changing roles
