Perform financial underwriting and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections and return metrics
Conduct market research, property-level analysis, and due diligence
Assist with investment memorandums, presentations, and internal reporting
Support transaction execution, closing processes, and post-acquisition analysis
Track portfolio performance metrics and assist with asset management reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with real estate underwriting and valuation
Previous experience in a similar role
