Graphic Designer
Cottingham & Butler’s Health and Wellness division is growing, and they are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. The role involves creating tools and campaigns to engage users and support business growth, while collaborating with team members on design and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Design and produce on-brand marketing materials across print, digital, email, and social channels
Maintain brand standards, templates, and asset libraries with organized file/version control
Optimize digital assets for responsive use and basic accessibility
Prepare press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as needed
Translate content briefs into clear visuals and engagement toolkits
Package creative for scheduled emails and push notifications
Support basic engagement tracking to inform improvements
Contribute to short-form video production and simple motion graphics (nice-to-have)
Manage tasks and deadlines in Asana (or similar) and communicate proactively with team members
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience
1–4 years of professional design experience
Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred
Premiere Pro, After Effects, email platform familiarity, and basic landing-page knowledge
Figma/Adobe XD a plus
Portfolio required: 5–8 pieces showing multi-format campaign work; video/motion optional
