IT Business Partner

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between assigned business units and IT
Elicit, document, and translate business and operational requirements into IT deliverables
Prioritize, track, and escalate issues, requests, and initiatives
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution
Communicate project status, outages, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders
Support adoption of IT systems, enhancements, and workflow changes
Participate in IT planning, governance, and prioritization forums
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Maintain strong, professional relationships with leadership and end users
Produce weekly status reports on open issues, priorities, and escalations
Produce monthly performance and trend reports for leadership
Maintain documentation of requirements, decisions, and outcomes
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or healthcare operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, physicians, clinicians, and technical teams
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Serve as the primary liaison between assigned business units and IT
