Establishing and maintaining methods of attracting applicants to the organization
Interviews and assists with the selection of applicants for positions
Informs job candidates of duties, pay ranges, benefits, and career progression
Ensures all hiring practices are EEO and AA compliant
Advises and trains managers concerning employment laws and company employment policies
Oversight of recruitment marketing
Responsible for development and oversight of recruitment metrics and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Sociology or related field. Related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-3 years HR experience
Preferred
1-3 years experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Word and Excel
Certified in healthcare HR recruitment or HR
1-3 years Healthcare HR/recruitment experience
