Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with golf cart usage, including loading and unloading golf bags and equipment
Operate golf carts safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and course policies
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on golf carts to ensure they are clean, charged, and in good working condition
Coordinate the distribution and collection of golf carts to maintain smooth flow and availability throughout the day
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of cart usage and report any damages or operational issues to management
Assist with general upkeep of the golf cart storage area and surrounding facilities to ensure a tidy and organized environment
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate golf carts safely and responsibly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading golf equipment and to be on feet for extended periods
Basic understanding of safety protocols related to vehicle operation and guest interaction
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or valet role, preferably in a golf or hospitality setting
Familiarity with golf course operations and etiquette
Basic mechanical skills for minor golf cart maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak golf course usage
Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus
