Manage production data, inventory audits, and month-end procedures
Coordinate sales and production forecasts
Assist with concrete mix designs, quotes, and material tracking
Support asphalt plant operations and environmental documentation
Deliver training and support to team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of aggregate, concrete, and asphalt manufacturing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in group settings and communicate effectively
Proficiency with industry software, including drone survey technology
Experience in construction materials production and environmental compliance
Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program
