Responsibilities
Responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy
Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners
Plan and conduct presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs
Ensure a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process
Qualification
Required

Knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques, and a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents
