Responsibilities
Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Evaluate analytical results and escalate performance issues or unusual findings to senior staff
Prepare buffers, solutions, and maintain sample and reagent storage
Support development and documentation of new laboratory procedures
Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and assist in maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized lab environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of laboratory principles, equipment, and instrumentation
Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards
Familiarity with laboratory safety, hazardous chemical handling, and infection control procedures
Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain accurate reporting and workflow
Strong attention to detail with basic computer proficiency
Capability to work independently while supporting team priorities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures
