Responsibilities
Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls
Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs
Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep
Staying proactive about maintenance repairs Preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over
Participating in rotating on-call and snow removal, which includes occasional weekends and evening
Qualification
Required
Experience working on all aspects of building maintenance
Dependable transportation to get to work and a valid driver license
Able to be on call in on-call rotation, multi-site on-call split between local communities
On standby 24-7 to respond to mandatory overtime for floods, snow removal etc
Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property
Ability to meet physical demands moving appliances, water heaters, snow removal etc
