The primary responsibility is to maximize the value of the product during the transition from a legacy platform to a modern one, while collaborating with other Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain business priorities and vision.

Responsibilities
Deliver innovative products that enhance customer experience and create business value
Structure and delegate work for the team, acting as a leader and mentor
Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
Participate in Agile practices such as Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Work with Product Managers for Program Increment planning and collaborate with Business Initiative owners and SMEs
Provide periodic status updates to business stakeholders and upper management
Build and prioritize the product backlog to achieve objectives and maintain key product documentation
Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and update them in the Agile Management Tool
Align product features and processes with regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
Articulate requirements into use cases, agile stories, and acceptance criteria for compliance
Lead Agile practices including sprints, planning, execution, and retrospectives
Define functional and non-functional product requirements, ensuring completeness and consistency
Execute testing frameworks for product features and work with Data stewards to ensure data quality controls
Partner with business technology to optimize system components and infrastructure maintenance
Contribute to product development and vision by aligning customer solutions with business goals
Build a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional partners on product evaluation, development, and enhancement
Qualification
Required
2 years of Product Owner experience
Rich knowledge and experience in Agile and Scrum
Strong prioritization skills in an Agile environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred
Agile Certification - Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
