Responsibilities
Create on-brand assets for paid and organic social—including motion, short-form video tailored to each platform’s specs, style, and audience
Design and adapt visual assets for influencer and affiliate programs; maintain consistent branding across creator content, toolkits, and templates
Build reusable components that support scalable, cross-channel content; contribute to evolving design systems
Support the organization and maintenance of a shared asset library using consistent file naming, version control, and usage guidelines
Edit short-form video content for social and digital campaigns—resizing, reformatting, and refining clips for specific platforms
Partner with Creative, Marketing, Social, and E-comm teams; take and apply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders; communicate clearly and proactively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, video editing software (Final Cut Pro), and animation tools
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
Portfolio: Showcasing diverse multimedia projects
