They are seeking a Data Analytics Intern II to work within the Strategy & Innovation department's Ridership Analysis and Reporting unit, where the intern will analyze geospatial transaction data and identify ridership patterns to improve rider experience.

Responsibilities
Analyze and transform geospatial transaction data
Identify ridership patterns based on aggregated data and note opportunities for rider experience improvements
Create Power BI reports to track ridership patterns over time and identify significant changes
Qualification
Required
Full-time enrollment status in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Data visualization skills
Strong data analysis skills
Geospatial analysis skills
Proficient in Python-R and SQL
Knowledge of Power BI
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
