Responsibilities
Discovery and Requirements Elicitation
User Requirements Development and Backlog Management
Visualization and Process Modelling – workflow diagrams, facilitating business analysis
Iterative Development Support – main POC for developers and QA engineers
User Research and Human-Centered Design – provide support for HCD analyst
Testing, Validation and Quality Assurance – RTM, test scenarios validation
Active Public Trust or ability to obtain
Ability to synthesize technical, business and operational inputs into coherent functional specifications and lead multi-stakeholder requirements session
Ability to produce clear, structured, technically accurate documentation
Working knowledge of process modeling and prototyping tools (Figma, Visio, Axure)
Working knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting (SQL)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements and evolving priorities
Must be able to effectively communicate in person, over video conferencing, and by phone

Development of backlogs (in JIRA)
Processes and procedures development
Workflow models creation
Clear functional specifications development

Lead multi-stakeholder requirements sessions
Produce clear, structured, technically accurate documentation
Working knowledge of process modeling and prototyping tools (Figma, Visio, Axure)
Working knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting (SQL)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
5+ years' experience with iterative Agile software development and performing business analysis for complex information systems
Active Public Trust or ability to obtain
Preferred
Relevant Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe PO)
Experience with VA enterprise products
