Regional Support Coordinator
VRC Investigations is seeking a Regional Support Coordinator to assist with insurance fraud and corporate defense investigations across multi-state regions. The successful candidate will support the daily performance of investigative services for clients, including report formatting, communication with regional managers, and reviewing investigative efforts.

Responsibilities
Format and edit investigative reports to client standards
Review investigator final reports
Communicate with regional managers, directors, and field investigators
Take part in team meetings as well as continuing training sessions
Review billing of investigative efforts and client-authorized time frames
Write final briefs for customers and make service recommendations
Review surveillance video and audio-recorded statements provided by field investigators
Qualification
Required
Experience in office administration or a related field
Meeting deadlines and multitasking
Working independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of fraud terminology
Bachelor's degree English, Business or Criminal Justice related field is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
A strong desire to learn and work as a team
Must pass pre-employment assessment and drug screen
Ability to manage time, organize projects, and understand directives
