Client Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities
Engage with 15–20 warm inbound leads per day who are actively seeking experiential and on-site personalization solutions
Lead informative, relationship-driven conversations rooted in listening and understanding not selling
Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover each client’s vision, goals, audience, and timeline
Build genuine rapport and trust by clearly explaining our process, capabilities, and expertise
Translate meaningful conversations into clear, accurate quote requests that reflect real client needs
Maintain organized, detailed notes in our CRM to support seamless handoffs and lasting client relationships
Follow up with clients to provide reassurance, clarity, and thoughtful next steps
Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated
Qualification
Required
A positive, enthusiastic communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
A natural listener who values understanding before responding
Warm, confident, and professional on the phone
Purpose-driven and motivated by helping others, not just hitting numbers
Comfortable working remotely and independently, while staying engaged with a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Excited by live events, experiential marketing, and brand storytelling
Comfortable learning new tools and systems
Background in customer service, hospitality, events, or sales is helpful
Preferred
CRM experience is a plus
