Responsibilities
Perform Quality Inspections: Conduct tests, measurements, and evaluations to ensure parts meet specifications
Master Precision Tools: Use the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other instruments to capture accurate data
Analyze & Report: Record findings, document quality issues, and communicate results to management
Support Production Teams: Train team members on quality processes and help maintain consistent standards
Drive Improvement: Identify defects, spot trends, and recommend solutions to strengthen product quality
Organize Sorting Activities: Coordinate internal sorting efforts to support production and delivery goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Strong reading, mathematical, computer, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior CMM training or certification
Ability to identify defects and opportunities for improvement through data and trend analysis
