Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank reconciliations and general ledger entry
Assist with tax preparation and filing
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support management with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Communicate with clients and team members regarding financial matters
Qualification
Required
2+ years of accounting experience required
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but experience will be considered
Experience with Xero or QuickBooks highly preferred
