Performance and Reporting Associate
Pennington Partners is an award-winning multi-family office that serves entrepreneurial founders and high-income earners through integrated wealth and investment solutions. They are seeking an Addepar Performance & Reporting Associate to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance reporting across all portfolios, while also training and supporting team members on Addepar best practices.
Responsibilities
Own the daily accuracy of performance reporting across all portfolios
Monitor custodian data feeds, pricing, and transaction flows; resolve breaks, missing data, or reconciliation issues
Manage the ingestion and validation of alternative and directly held investment data
Perform recurring quality control checks on benchmarks, portfolio structures, and performance calculations
Serve as the internal Addepar expert, accountable for system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing platform reliability
Build and maintain standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and recurring deliverables
Partner with custodians, vendors, and internal teams to improve automation and reduce manual work
Train Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship Officers, and Operations team members on Addepar best practices
Develop documentation and repeatable processes to reduce key-person risk and enable self-service reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a relevant field
Expert-level hands-on Addepar knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across performance, data feeds (custodian-managed and unmanaged), alternative, and reporting
Strong understanding of investment and wealth management performance methodologies, calculation benchmarks, cash flows, and common sources of error
Strong ability to anticipate needs for the teams and work with all departments of the business
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and train team members, as well as document repeatable processes. Act as a liaison between systems, operations, and client-facing teams
Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently
